Hot steel strips mill is began from slab steel billets, we can make the steel strips thickness and width accordingly to customer request size, and do the design accordingly , also can match slitting line for welding the steel pipes, the roughing rolling mill is always big, such as we are using 750 model as roughing rolling mill, and with vertical coiling system, whole line PLC control, which we will use top well known brand, such as Siemens,Schneider and so on.
In order to get good competitive, our company has made many updates to both the new and existing rolling mills. Since about half of the steel is hot-rolled products, the steel strips rolling mill is required to achieve the highest productivity and operating rate and ensure the best dimensional accuracy and material properties.
